I'm researching on the correlations among the accelerated rhythm of information, qualia of our everyday conscious experience and mindfulness intervention. By exploring all the traumas that have been brought to us by the hyper-stimulation of information, such as screening, fragmented-information and constantly being plugged-in; I came to a realization that our time, attention, cognition, and consciousness have been broken into fragments, which leads to the disruption of our metacognition. However, in several clinical research, mindfulness intervention has been demonstrated to produce outstanding results regarding raising our awareness and self-being. Therefore I'd like to focus on studying the model and implementation of mindfulness intervention, to employ this process as a design strategy addressing the problem of the deprivation in qualia of our conscious experience.
This is a guide for designing with mindfulness, starting with self-examining see where we at in a design process, then follow the instruction while inquiring our minds, each branch leads to a final solution that is related to mindfulness targeting our inspected obstacles.
Animal Communication Therapy is a way for us to express feelings with our body in a simple and direct way, just like how animals communicate with each other. With this therapy, I hope people can express their feeling better, therefore, understand them better, and be more mindful about their feelings and actions.
