Instead of offering a solution of conquering the fear of death or finding a shortcut of moving on from the pain of loss, this thesis reexamines the perceptions of death and discusses the avenues of reconciling with death. Accordingly, it compares types of mortality practice through overlapped disciplinaries, such as religion, psychology, social phenomenology, and philosophy respectly, to investigate how and where does the transformation happen. It later reflects ritual as one of the approach to reconciliation and proposes the potencial carrier of the ritual in the contemporary age.

This performance was inspired from Mexican's day of the dead (Spanish: Día de Muertos), which is the day when the Mexican builds an altar as a method of interpreting, communicating with, and honoring the dead. It blurs the boundary and sits in between life and death to hypothesis the conversation among the living and the soul.

The speculative advertisement promotes a pill that repairs one's overload pressure by rebooting human brain without losing any physical information. It provides an alternative choice for people who seek death as an escape from depression.
