This Thesis, titled "Speculative Design: Ferry Driver — AI Emotion Marketplace," delves into the innovative intersection
of artificial intelligence (AI) and emotional commerce in today's digital world. It introduces a unique concept: a
virtual marketplace where emotions are felt and traded like commodities. This project is showcased through an
interactive spatial media installation, offering a platform where human-machine interaction is explored novelly. In this
digitally crafted space, users are invited to experience the exchange of emotions, breaking free from the physical and
emotional constraints we encounter in everyday life. The project aims to present a new perspective on the increasingly
digital nature of our emotions and interactions. Combining interactive technology with artistic creativity and critical
analysis, it is not just an exhibition but a conversation starter. It encourages visitors to think deeply about the role
of AI in our emotional lives and the future of emotional commerce in the digital age.

Ferry Driver Emotional Cards Design
Emotional cards are visual representations of 35 emotions based on the seven most common emotional hierarchies. The source of the images is that the emotion recognition program of P5js recognizes people's expressions under different emotions, and then through image processing and emotional color selection, the final card image design is obtained. Moreover, each card has a corresponding two-dimensional code, and the 3D emotional world combining virtual and reality can be seen by scanning the code.
