Outside the Margin
Shamika Dukle
What kills the curiosity built in children, and how can we prevent that from happening? Children are innately curious beings, and this curiosity is essential to their development as humans navigating the world. They know so little about their surroundings—much like adults in unfamiliar contexts—that every encounter sparks a new question. For them, their environment becomes their “subject,” and their interactions with it become their teachers. Active learning thrives in a space where curiosity leads and knowledge follows.
