Less is a commentary on the commercialism behind the wellness industry. We are told to buy more, be more, and do more in the name of wellness. This project posits the need for less, not more, in order to be well. It takes the form of an exhibition and a video game that isolate the five senses in order to promote sensory minimalism. Its aim is to gently remind people that there is abundance in presence and to highlight the absurdity of putting price tags on things that are already within us.
