This capstone focuses on minimalism. When we speak about minimalism, words that spring to mind are “simple”, “less” and “clean”. This project is attempting to prove that minimalism has two sides, one simple and one complex. This may provide designers with more choices when they create a design that also benefits customers. The project focused on redesigning the interface of Amazon and the packaging of Horizon Organic Milk. I viewed both of these examples as an opportunity to improve their design and effectiveness through a process of minimizing.
