Cultural expression used in a lot of different industries. I mainly focus on cultural and creative industries. On my capstone research I mainly research and explore how to use design to express my own cultural characteristics. I chose my own photos and my hometown, Wuhan’s breakfast as the inspiration to design a series of designer toys for the theme, and named it bubby boo. The whole project I designed 4 toys. Bubby Boo represents a friendly girl who likes to eat, holding her favorite food in her hand. And they come with the same box, when you buy it, you have no idea which character is in the box.
