My capstone project aims to explore the opportunities for people to develop their own ritual process, wayfinding which form can blend a sense of ritual into a packaging design solutions. Accordingly, I created A Ritual Hair Care Kit, which introduces a ritual practice to awaken people to live a conscious life. The secondary packaging structure is in a modular design. Users can play around to find out various possibilities of display based on their likes. All in all, Ritual creates a moment for people to escape the hustle and add happiness to make life easier. Create your ritual based on your everyday mood; let the hair care time also be a self-care time.
The Ritual Hair Care Kit includes a hair oil, a leave-in mist, a scalp serum and a massager comb.
The Secondary Package
The Kit in two aromas, Herbs and Woody and Floral Mimosa.
The Secondary Package
Product Dispencing
The design of the dropper is for dispensing the hair oil and serum, making users slow down during the process—feel the smell of the scent; the touch of the texture, and the sound of spraying the mist. All perceptions make the self-care time comfortable and meaningful to you.
Refill Package Design
The idea of refill packaging also comes from the shape of containers.
