I created a luxury space food experience for civilian space travelers. This project is rooted in the real constraints of space food and NASA’s previously determined guidelines while also being speculative, in its attempt to be consumer-facing and reach beyond just visual elements. Using my research on space food and high-end hospitality and experience design, I sought to bridge the gap between the current space food experience and a fine dining experience. Deliverables include brand identity, menus, packaging, eating hardware, and service manual.
