In the era of the fourth scientific and technological revolution, the early people usually face the problems of relatively weak digital literacy, which is difficult to adapt to the increasingly complex intelligent life in the modern scientific and technological environment. I want to help seniors get a new normal and integrate into technology society through UX design.
Product Interface
The product's most important features include location sharing, contact management, and event reminders. One of the key features is location sharing. The product includes a navigation and search function, which enables users to go anywhere without losing their way. Staying in touch with family members is essential; this product ensures that communication is efficient and straightforward. With contact management, family members can quickly and easily reach each other anytime. Keeping track of important events can be challenging, but the product’s event reminder feature makes it easy. Family members can set reminders on the mobile app, which helps to save time and reduce stress.
Three mode of the product
Home Mode: Stand the phone on the base to use the product in Home Mode. You can operate the product using the touchpad located in the middle of the base. The product can be placed on any flat surface, such as a bedside table. Hibernation Mode: When not in use, you can put the phone in the recess of the base. The phone will automatically charge and the base will display different lights. Outbound Mode: The product is small and convenient to carry for use on the go. Made of rubber material, it is resistant to drops and easy to hold.

Application Display: The main functions of the mobile app include location tracking， event reminder, and health monitoring, which is roughly the same as the product functions, but the health monitoring function is excluded from the product, mainly considering that older people do not want to keep an eye on their health status. Location Tracking: Real-time GPS positioning tracking is a tool that can help us understand the movement of the elderly. user can effectively prevent accidents and ensure their safety by keeping track of their location. This function can be used to monitor the movements of the elderly, especially those who are at risk of wandering or getting lost. Health Monitoring: Monitoring the health of the elderly is essential for ensuring their well-being. By tracking daily exercise, sleep, heart rate data, and blood pressure, caregivers can keep abreast of all data and health conditions of the elderly. This information can be used to identify potential health problems early on, allowing for early intervention and treatment. Event Reminder: For the elderly, it can be difficult to remember important events and tasks. That is why event reminders are so important. Users can set event reminders, such as taking medication at 10:00 every day and other events, making their healthier and life easier. With event reminders, the elderly can stay on top of their health and other important tasks, ensuring they live comfortable and fulfilling lives.
