This capstone project aims to create a simplified and unified communication system for service changes, allowing the MTA
to communicate quickly and efficiently with the riders. It enables the riders to grasp the messages confidently in a
short period. The proposed design touches on information hierarchy, typography, visual components, and body text
simplification and has design templates that share coherent designs for print posters, digital screens, and emails.
